That's all I did today. Testing maxes tomorrow with a friend of mine so hopefully awesome vids incoming. Tonight's squats were very light even for a deload and not having eaten in hours.

Looks like that 15lb drop on your OHP really paid off. I think you will progress a lot faster by doing so. Also, have you tried benching after your OHP and vise versa? Just to increase the amount of OHP and Benching you get each week. I have been doing some small variations of this throughout my 5/3/1 program and I think it is helping me a lot. Just a thought.

Only reason I asked, it because I listened to a video done by Juggernaut Training Systems and Brandon Lilly and he said something that made a good point about deficit deads. Once you get past a certain height like more than 2 inches, you start to actually change the motion of the deadlift so you arent really helping train your deadlift for a meet. Worth a watch if you have not already seen it.

You read that right. My fourth set of 160 didn't make it to ten. I felt so weak and ashamed, but later I noticed I had less back fat wrinkles and my tits have less fat under them so I felt better.
It's always the presses that suffer first. Oh well.
