Pretend you are warming up for a heavy set, at which warm up weight do you start to take the weight a little more seriously but not get super amped? For me I programmed around 90% or so of my max. Best part about this program is when your everyday max turns into your PR, then you know after a peaking cycle, **** is getting real lol.
