It seems to be working well. My bench and OHP seem to be progressing and the incline doesn't appear to inhibit their progress, so they are here to stay.
I mainly do it as a way to have a bench variation twice a week. Will start doing the same with squats. My squats were always better when I did them more than once per week, so I will be incorporating paused squats on deadlift day.***The Misadventires of Gandalf the Black***

Ever since I started doing 100 chin ups per upper body day I get huge bicep pumps. Even got comments on them by my chiro the other day, and I don't even do a curl a day in my life.
