Hello all. Welcome to my first and soon to be badass online journal.
I've been consistently lifting around 3.5 years.
So far my programs have been in the following order:
-Chitty bro split
-Workout from Scooby's website as I had no acess to barbell anything for a while
(Now the fun starts)
-Madcows 5x5
-Smolov base mesocycle
Around the end of Smolov I was sold on powerlifting and was determined to compete, and so I did in July at the Georgia games 2013 with a total of 1160.
-Sheiko 29/37/32 then 37/37/32
My second meet was USAPL SC State Championships with a total of 550kgs.
I am now on my second cycle of 5/3/1 BBB and loving it, with my eyes set on a meet in April.
