Hello,
i am 15 yrs old and have been bodybuilding for 4-5 months and my supliments are whey protein and creatine. a week ago i decided to go off creatine for a while to see how much strenght i would actually lose. and a couple off days ago i found out that i could only get my dick up for a minuite or two a time and even that was hard. now 3 days later it has improved a bit but still not like before. WTF! also my last two workouts i did like 15 sets on bench and went to faliure every time and other exercises all to failure every set...did i over do it? ****!! do i go to the doctor? do i wait a week?
