    Please critique my bulking diet (serious)

    I'm 17, 5'9, 144lbs, looking to gain 20-30 pounds. I go to the gym everyday, and do cardio 2-3 times a week.

    Breakfast(6am): 4 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and some sugar free jelly.

    Morning snack(10am): 1 package of Clif cruch bars, and a shop of ON whey.

    Lunch(12pm):8oz of chicken or steak, 1 cup brown rice, and 1 cup of veggies. (Either green peas or green beans).

    Pre workout(2:30): A protein bar

    Post workout(anywhere between 3:25-4pm):2 scoops of dymatize iso100

    Post workout meal(dinner)(one hour later) same as lunch

    Before bed(8-10pm): 8-12oz of milk, and a scoop of protein.

    Also I am drinking 1 1/2-2 gallons of water a day.

    Totals: 3,260cals, 246grams of protein, 250 grams of carbs, and 80 grams of fat.

    drop protein to 150-175g, increase carbs and fat, do less cardio, see what happens after 3 weeks.

    Im in the army and I have to do cardio with my unit.

    I swap between white rice and sweet potatoes. Brown rice is for squares
