Sorry guys having some personal issues that have kept me out of the gym the last week or so, and kept we away from the internet. But I am going back to the gym tonight, I think the storm has passed. The reps can PM me if you need an explanation, rather not air it on here.
But that being said I am ready to hit the gym tonight! Its Chest and Tris tonight.
Once again I apologize to the reps but I am back at it :P
P.S. - I still can't get over the taste of the Cookies and Creme Phase8, it is hands down the best tasting protein I have had!

I will keep you in the loop! I think it has completely passed, it was a misunderstanding that almost ruined my life as it is.
I am seeing some awesome gains for certain, I really love the way my shoulders are filling out and the way my chest is feeling. I haven't lost weight but I am not focusing on that yet. I am going to build myself up for awhile so that when I do cut I can hopefully still have some mass.
Anyone have suggestions on when I should eat after a workout. I see people saying that I should eat within an hour after a workout, but I am in no way hungry after. After taking a Phase8 shake before, drinking Amino Build during, and having to eat something before I take Hydroxycut, in no way do I have enough room to eat! Is it okay if I wait two hours after working out to eat?MuscleTech Log (Phase8, Amino Build, Hydroxycut Elite) - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159389341

Alright guys I am going to get a little more personal than I would like but you all need an update and I think you deserve to know!
Going back a month ago my wife and I started having some issues, she was sad all the time and anytime I left the house I could tell she was upset. This led to fight after fight. Including one where I pretty much didn't leave the house for a week, I thought everything was settled then but it wasn't. We had another blow out recently, and we finally got to the bottom of the issue.
I have a job that is 9am-5pm but also requires me to leave town for a week once a month for about 8 months out of the year. (usually February - September) I started working out a lot, I play disc golf all the time, I am apart of multiple online communities and I volunteer for our church. I get home around 8:30 every night and I am in bed by midnight mostly.
That is the issue my wife was having, I am never home and we don't spend time together any more, and my wife is a home body who doesn't usually like to leave the house much other than to go running. (I hate running) I finally got that out of her this last week. So I have taken steps to fix this issue.
I am stepping away from my duties at the Church, Disc Golf is off the table (I play for hours when I go), I have been taking a few days to run with my wife rather than go to the gym (I need to run anyway, I got to lose this weight), I am stepping away from most online communities (This place is not one of them, I kinda need you guys to keep my motivated) I can't do much about work, but I am going to do my best to be there for my wife.
So I will break down this week for you guys so far!
Monday -
I went on a run with my wife before work. It was brutal, I don't think I have ever been that close to throwing up from physical exertion. I took my Amino build and Hydroxycut before my run and Phase8 right after. That was a bad choice because think creamy drinks after a run might be the worst thing ever!
Tuesday -
I went to the gym to get a Back and Bi workout in which was great. I really do love the feel of HDXC (Hydroxycut) and I am realizing that two pills is not too many for me if I eat before.
Wednesday -
I took a walk with my wife for about 6 miles, my wife did not explain that part to me. "lets take a walk!" to me means around the block a time or two. Not 6 miles.... We didn't run for my sake, my legs were dying already. But I did go to the gym after, was supposed to be leg day but there is no way I could have made it, I focused on abs, calves, and forearms. I finished my first tub of Phase8 (I bought 2 tubes before the stack came in), and was excited to open my second and see a full tub again!
Thursday -
I took a break Thursday to just be with my wife, we went on a date night. Dinner, hot tub, wine, and her favorite movie (fool's rush in) I still took my HDXC and amino build that morning. My legs didn't hurt that day which was amazing.
Friday (today) - I am running with my wife again as soon as she gets home from the Grocery store. I have taken my HDXC and I just made my Amino Build.
I can say that in this week alone I have noticed that my wife has snapped back to the loving 97 pound mexican that I have known for 6 years, it has been night and day. Its crazy to think that I almost lost my wife because I was too caught up in what I wanted to do. This month has been a real eye opener.
I am praying that I can always keep my wife's feeling in my mind. Thanks for the prayer that those sent to me.
P.S. - I tried to make Cookies and Cream Protein pancakes... they were a fail.MuscleTech Log (Phase8, Amino Build, Hydroxycut Elite) - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159389341
