Wink The weight is falling off

Im now down to 210 from 224lbs on the second week of keto.

I realise alot is water but will I have lost any fat yet?

Also one more question, on a normal cutting diet you lose 2lbs a week on average, but on keto do you lose more fat per week. I was under the impression you would because your body is constantly using fat stores for energy?
I am going to keep on training until my back has grown a back of its own.

after initial water and fat loss, you should adjust diet to only lose 1-2 pounds a week. as if you lose anymore than this it will probably be some muscle tissue also. thats my opinion.

When you carb up or " eat a crap load" all that weight you gain is not muscle, it is water and glycogen, which like you said is shed once your resume regular keto eating.
Bump on what " wasntme" said, you should only be losing at a clip of 1-2 lbs per week, anything more and you will be sacrificing precious, hardearned muscle and losing any amount of muscle will make your fatloss efforts much more difficult.
