i honestly have no idea because i don't live in the eastern states but i can't imagine greeks and serbs + whatever other southern -south eastern europeans, aside from albanians walking around chanting allah akhbar, forming halal deli's or raping women. Theres probably some conforming from those europeans to the lebanese/middle eastern/north african reclamation of the term which was originally only associated with europeans.
