What do You think of this cut meal

I love to eat Italian. But it's hard when on a cut.

Please tell me what u think of this meal plan.

50 grams wheat Spaghetti
1gram fat- 39gram carb- 6gram protein

127 gramsTraditional red Marinara sauce
1gram fat- 9gram carb- 1 gram pro

1 oz chicken.
1.39fat- 0cRb- 5.32 pro


Total for meal
3.39 fat/48carb/ 12.32 pro




Notes: the protein could go way way up, I only had 1oz of chicken left from some left overs and didn't want to cook more.

I have 100 grams of carbs a day, so this would be a dinner if I had the carbs saved in the evening time.


Thoughts please?

I forgot to say that in the next one I make I will not be using wheat pasta
