    Is my bulking diet any good?

    7am-Preworkout, 1 scoop whey, 1/2c oats
    9am-post shake, 1.5scoops iso100
    1hr later- 1c egg whites, 4oz meat, 1/2c brown rice
    12-lunch, 6oz meat (chicken or LGB) 1c veggies, 1/2c brown rice
    3-protein bar, sometimes an apple
    6-dinner (same as lunch)
    9(before bed low carb yogurt, 1 scoop whey)

    I'm 17, 140lbs, 5'9, I work out 5-6times a week, and do cardio 2-3 times a week as well, any help would be great, thanks!

    Try 150p, 390c, 60f. 2700 cals based on how often you're working out. Do that for about a week and see how much you've gained.

    Yep. Keep in mind that's a protein minimum. You can go higher in protein, or lower in carbs. Just try to hit at least 150p and 60f. Hit 2700 on the nose for 7 days and track what you've gained, if at all.

    look i eat 5500 calories a day ( 400p,250f,350-400c ) no cardio but i go to the gym every day

    You can do what you like. The 60g of fat is a minimum. So if you up your carbs you'll be upping your calories overall, which I wouldn't recommend until you get your maintenance calories figured out.
