yesterday and today the gutters on the addition, as well as, all around the house was completed. I pulled more vinyl off what was the old back wall of the leg area and no interior wall of the addition.
I was going to start an aux session today but, I got a delivery of plates at 8:08 pm last night and realized, I had to do something. I put a plate tree in the addition and started unboxing plates. The goal is to have 4 platforms worth of plates, within reason with the 25's but each platform have a pair of what it needs from 20's on down. I have enough 20's and enough 2.5's and I'll need a pair of 15's, 2 of the 5's, maybe 1 of the 10's and 1 1.25 and that should do it. We will get more 25's as we go but, I'll have 28 in there to start along with many 100's and lb plates.

Had joe Dubin from Channel 4 come out and do a live show. Long story short, I benched in an old shirt and did a double at 501 on live tv. It was fun but, a little nerve wracking as I hadn't been in a shirt since worlds. I hasven't had more than about 400-410 in my hands either so, I wasn't sure how it would go and didn't realie until he got there that is was live tv...

I better get back up to date. I have trained a bit sporadically. I have been wiped out and simply burnt. The building is still not done, we have the NYE bash tomorrow and there is so much to always do. While I'm carrying on about, I am blessed beyond measure to have so many that come and likewise, so many of you that I get to work with. I finally had to have a little bit of a mental break coming off the busiest year of my life and likely the best 2 year run, actually since turning 50 it's been crazy, the most success I've likely ever had in strength. My left thumb has a blood blister and tore the skin open in the palm deadlifting Friday. I'll likely have to tape the hand and thumb Friday. Gripping close on the squat aggravated it a little and I used straps today for RDL's. SO, it's what I get for rest with no pulling for 3 weeks after worlds.
