yeah, awesome benching Wade. I have the same issue with spotter, not only because the desolation that occurs between 9 -11 am but also weak people, had two guys for helping me with floor presses at 187 lb. I'm pretty worried about how to perform the mock meet later on.

work with in your means and capacity. If it's a mock meet, set up the safeties and do your best and do so in the safest manner possible.

Amatuer day at the Ironman in March
I just want to total elite and may make my attempts to do only that. I had hoped for 2K but, Im not sure I have it in me.
I want to immediately do an oly meet after and there is an SM meet in KY in May. I need 197k to qualify for Pan-ams in old fart oly and the 91 yesterday would leave me with needing 106. So, I feel confident about hitting that total and then some this year. I think it's 222 for worlds. I can't recall.
I think if I can do the SM contest and do well enough, I could qualify for old guy SM natls. That may be a bit soon and close though.Squat: 1,040

I think the events suit me but, I'm really focused on this meet so, we will see. I haven't log pressed since early last year. I haven't maxed in forever. I've worked up to 250 stones with out tacky. But I haven't had farmers implements in my hands in a few years. Car Dl I have no idea but, I trap bar weekly. There is a keg or jug carry but, I haven't seen the entry just yet to know weights, etc.

Masters and 175 weights are the same in most comps. You would be looking at a 200 -220 log for reps, 240 a hand farmers, car dl is simple and hex bar has direct carry over, keg would be around 200-250 depending on how its used but it has lips to grab. There is nothing in a masters contest you could't do today.

It's max log, I can't remember the carry weight. Farmer's is 80 ft straight, stones I don't know and I don't know what the weight or reps or max for the car pull.
So we will see. Training will be limited but. I feel confident I can get to 250 on the log pretty quick.Squat: 1,040
