    I wasn't around to post in here. But I went from started at benching 135, checked a few days ago and I can hit 235x5. Still need to check my squat, I stopped using weights 4 monthes after I got into fitness last time I checked my squat I was near 285x1 and deadlift 305x1.

    As for REAL goals, Went from 12 inch arms to 15.4 so far, I can 1 arm pullup with my right arm, muscle up on deck. Lever is on it's way, and repping out handstand pushups like it's childs play. Can almost planche also! Made some damn good progress so far, currently cutting down to my starting weight of 160 Just to see the change in muscle/weight ratio.
