    I want to break 220lbs and bench press 315lbs at least once. What about you guys?

    Bulk to 200lbs plus, then cut back to 180 or so.

    Increase BP to 2 plates

    Increase SQ to 3 plates

    Increase DL to 4 plates. Not concerned about this though.

    Widen lats, grow calves and serratus a.

    Increase arms to 17in from 15.25in, force calves to at least 16in from 15.25in, keep waist thin. Keep the thighs growing, as they did so well before.

    Never miss a day, but carefully balance studies with bodybuilding. No more bs on either goal.

    Cut down to 180 by march and get abs as ive never had them in my life (currently 190lbs 15ish bodyfat) and slow bulk (half a lb to a lb a week) until jan 1st 2015!

    -Join 2/3/4 plate club by end of my bulk, around May
    -Bulk until May (currently 170, plan to be 190 by then. Started my bulk pre-lifting at 147 lbs.)
    -Cut for however long it will take to be 10% body fat (which I assume will be middle of summer)
    -After I am 10% body fat and school starts up again around September, I will bulk until May 2015.

    Currently a sophomore in high school and 15-years-old turning 16 in May. I started lifting this past summer on July 2. So 6 months so far. My goal is 3/4/5 plate club by May 2016 (end of my senior year bulk ~~about 2 years of training).

    Want to bulk up to 230/240 lbs. Get my bench up to 500, my squat up to 600, and be able to hang clean 405. Without having really any injuries from lifting. That would be a successful ass year.
