Hey all,
Just thought I'd share a spreadsheet I modified/made in regards to All Pro's Simple Beginner Routine. I searched all around these forums for a spreadsheet that was similar to what I was after however eventually caved in and made one myself. I found the base for it on Google and added to it so it now covers 6 cycles or 30 weeks and also has a graph to see long term progress. Weights can be punched in as either pounds or kg.
Anyway that's all. Just thought I'd share it for those who might find it handy.
