My goal is to stay on track with my great newbie progress and to increase all of my lifts by at least 50% over the coming year. I've been experimenting with intraworkout products lately and a great one like Amino Plex would enable me to keep the intensity of my workouts maximized and get the most of my time training in the gym. I'd love to give it a shot and provide detailed, candid feedback here and in the store.

one of my resolutions this year is to become more consistent in my training regimen. i want to be able to say that missed or skipped training days are a thing of the past and that the excuses i used to make are no longer even worth considering. one of my favorite reasons (excuses) for missing a scheduled workout is/was "im still too sore from my previous session" or DOMS.
i would love to be considered for a tub of CENERGY AMINO PLEX. im positive the BCAA/EAA/SAA blend would greatly enhance my muscle tissue repair and recovery speed which in turn would reduce my soreness (DOMS) which in turn would render my favorite excuse to skip a session...INVALID!! the addition of HICA, a leucine metabolite, also looks particularly interesting to me.
ive never had the opportunity to try any CEN products but perhaps that will change in the very near future. i was hoping for a couple new workout t-shirts for Christmas (which i didnt get) so the added bonus of a CENERGY t-shirt would definitely be a welcome and much appreciated bonus...not to mention, well used!! if chosen as a lucky recipient id be more than happy to do an honest, in-depth review of the product. thank you for the kind consideration and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!!!

I've had this goal since I first hit 225 weighing 145 three years ago: I'm gonna bench 300. I only weigh like 165, but my strength training has been slacking, and now I've got the knowledge, the support, and the drive to finally crush that goal. I'm gonna do it this year. Amino Plex would help me build and recover so I don't have to hold anything back in the midst of a workout. 2014 is the year to hit the 300 mark. I'm not the biggest guy in the gym but for my size I can put up a decent amount of weight. It's time to step it up from decent. I'm gonna take it to the next level and put my goal to rest after all these years. 300 is just a number, and I'm gonna hit it this year. No excuses

My New Year's goal is to get back to my original weight of around 195lbs with an improved diet. I am going to do all I can to continue to learn and improve my diet in 2014!!!!
Amino Plex would definitely reach my goals specifically because of the addition of HICA!!! Love that added benefit.---- COUNTRY MIKE APPRECIATION CREW ----

My goals for the new year are to be completely injury free, and get my 3 lifts back up to where they used to be, and hopefully soon surpass them! In doing this, I would like to keep my body fat the same (but ideally decrease it) while getting stronger so I can wreck people on the rugby field! I'd love to try amino plex, as it had great reviews and I'm hoping they will help with recovery. Thanks for the opportunity Cenergy,

IN 2014 I plan to continue my cut till I reach 175-180 lbs and 14-15% body fat. While keeping as much strength as possible. Alpha Drive can help me keep and even increase my strength. While my fiance will love the increased libido. We are getting married and its prob time start making babies soon. So a boost in the bedroom is never a bad thing LOL.
2013 was a great year for me and 2014 should be even better especially if I get the help of CENERGY and Alpha Drive.
Thank you for the opportunity!!
happy new year and good luck to all.Review Compilation Thread

My new years PLAN is to put my absolute all into every weight I lift this year and every mile I cycle. Amino plex would greatly help me achieve this because this is a plan. Goals can not be reached, resolutions can be forgotten or set aside. Plans are thouroughly thought out and worked towards with premeditated focus and determination through every step. I dont even have to set a goal weight or appearance wise. If I follow my plan for this year the rest will take care of itself. Amino Plex would help me achieve this goal by making sure my body is as ready to go as my mind when it comes time to lift. Amino Plex means no excuses. Amino Plex means youre not sore, so give your best. Amino Plex means yeah its early, yeah youre training fasted, doesnt matter, youre ready. Im ready to make 2014 my year, I'd love the chance to do that with Amino Plex.
Also not to mention I could seriously rock a cenergy T!"The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it." Michelangelo

Exactly one year ago today I had the goal of losing weight and being healthy. At that time I weighed 230 lbs today I weighed in at 189. 41 lbs and have kept it off for over 6 months!
Today for this year my goal is to get shredded(winter and spring add muscle, summer and fall loss fat)
My plan is hard core strength training for the next 4 or 5 months and then switch it up in the summer.
Why would I have this goal? Why not, I finally want to look good with my shirt off. For years I have been the guy with the shirt on at the lake or just skipping family trips all together, I hated being the fat child when the rest of the family looks fine. Not this summer.
The reason alpha drive is the best choice for me is that recently I discovered multiple men in my family have low T and I turned 30 this year. I feel like I am starting to display some of the signs so this could help me decide if a T booster could help me feel better.
This is a great Promo. THanks

SWEET!! Goals include adding more muscle through the end of Feb and then begin my cut. Looking to possibly compete here in Atlanta, GA at some point in 2014. This would help with my recovery. I'm looking for a new BCAA product so perfect timing if you choose me.
Happy New Years!I lift because I'm addicted to that rush...oh yea & because I wanna look good naked!

I am not usually into "new years goals" but this year things happen to time out for me.
On sunday i will be moving to Oklahoma to start my graduate assistant strength and conditioning position at a D2 university. As a strength coach i must look the part and take pride in myself. Working with college athletes is always so fun and i look forward to going in and building athletes. The weightroom at the school is top notch, better then the D1 school that i was at before and the head strength coach has a resume that includes Pac12 and NFL teams. I also have the opportunity to be essentially the lead assistant so i will have much more responsibility then a regular GA. I also am always being asked by athletes what i am taking and what i suggest for them to take.
I think amino plex will benefit me greatly. Working in a weightroom i have many 2-3 hour workouts and need that extra energy to get through my workouts. After my workouts i do not go home like everyone else does, I coach! Putting in up to 17 hour days in a high intensity environment is not an easy thing to do, it definitely takes a toll on ones body.

This years resolution is to complete 5 triathlons. Last years resolution was to complete 10 half-marathons and I did it so I'm just looking to shake things up by incorporating more into the goal (swimming and biking). Training for long runs can be depleting and muscle destroying as it is. Coupling long run training with long bike training AND long swim training is going to be ROUGH. In that light, I would like to think that Amino Plex would assist as an anti-catabolic and provide nutrition during the extended training events.
Happy New Years to all and happy hunting with all of your resolutions! All business.

That Amino-Plex Cherry Lime is just calling my name and the profile on this looks great and it would definitely kick start my
recovery as an intra- workout supplement to help fuel my high volume workouts. My new years resolution is to help others
who I know stay the course of their NY resolutions which is to get into better shape and we all know this is the time of the
year to help others stay motivated.

sweet!
My New Year's Resolutions/Goals are to reach 200 lbs in bodyweight and hit some new strength PRs: 355 squat, 275 bench, 445 deadlift. Then I plan on cutting bodyfat for the 100k bb.com challenge and seeing how shredded I can get while maintaining my strength. I also want to start volunteering at a hospital and get accepted into a graduate program to prepare me for medical school and hopefully to be a doctor one day.
I think Alpha Drive would be a BIG help to me because the main ingredient D-Aspartic Acid would help me maintain lean mass and strength levels while cuttingLast edited by ChosenBrah; 01-03-2014 at 04:34 AM.

My goal for 2014 is to get my bodyfat percentage down to the single digits while roughly maintaining my current weight. These days, I'm weighing in at around 175lbs or so and I would estimate that my bodyfat percentage is in the low teens. In order to do this, I'm committed to hitting the gym first thing each morning and adding in a bit more cardio into my routine. With a little more cardio thrown into the mix, my training sessions will most likely start to last a bit longer, so no better supplement to help me push through some longer workouts than with Amino Plex. I love how solid this product looks on paper and I'm a fan of intra-workout supplements to help me get through each of my sessions. And since Amino Plex's formula contains a lot of great ingredients, I feel like this could be the perfect compliment to my New Years goals.

My new year's resolution for 2014 is to strike a better balance between the gym and my family. I will admit that I'm a gym-a-holic, but what I really want to do is focus this year on spending more time with my family and putting in my workouts when it fits around time spent with them. My wife and I are expecting a child in July of this year, so I want to make sure that I am there for her during this extremely important year. So with that said, I'm going to try to shorten my workout times a bit and really kick up the intensity of each session that I perform. In order to do that, I think that a supplement like Amino Plex would help fuel those workouts and keep me going when I need to keep the intensity as high as possible. If I'm going to condense the time of my workouts down a bit, I'll work as best I can to squeeze the same amount of work into that shortened time frame. Anything that could help me to do that would definitely be beneficial and I think that Amino Plex could be a huge asset to me.

my goals for 2014 are really pretty simple...i want to continue to get stronger, add as much LBM as possible and keep my BF below 12%. im no spring chicken and with each passing year while the goals remain the same the results are harder to achieve. i believe a large part of this is the due to the natural reduction of testosterone the body produces as we age and the unfortunate, negative results that occur.
ive tried many OTC T-boosters with varying degrees of success. honestly, few have come close to matching their marketing claims. im not looking for any unrealistic or unobtainable results from a T-booster and when a companys advertising goes 'over the top' well, that just turns me off. thats part of the reason i was attracted to this promo and ALPHA DRIVE in particular. CENERGY has a simple, clear and understandable marketing strategy that leaves out all the bells and whistles and just states its case...i like that!
ive used D-Aspartic Acid many times and in many different formulations...but ive never tried NMDA. if NMDA truly is a purer and more effective form of DAA than my curiosity has been peaked. i would love and appreciate the opportunity to evaluate CENERGY ALPHA DRIVE for myself and compare it to other T-boosters that i found to be effective....an honest review would naturally follow. thanks for a great promo, good luck to all and Happy New Year!
