    Smile Hyphy Mud - Good Pre-Workout or Waste of Time

    Is Hyphy Mud a good pre workout? Hoow long does it last? Am i going to feel chitty for the rest of the day? If i was to take it would i have to take more of it during my workout? Hows the crash? Share your first time taking it! Thanks brahs.

    Never bought a pre workout but tried hypy mud because you can get most the ingredients pretty easy.

    Felt a good kick from it but after 10 minutes I felt a little more depleted than usual.

    Not bad though worth a try.

    i used to mix 1 scoop of instant coffee with pepsi in a big glass, provide me a good energy during my whole hour of training, for me it's a good preworkout. I'm actually taking hot blood but i prefer hyphy mud plus you can take it every day when you cannot with a vasodilator (body adaptation).
