Logging two things from SES
So this is my first time trying any supplements by SES.
Protein:http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/si...e-protein.html
Preworkout:http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/si...rts/blast.html
I'll have a final review at the end of the log rating both products and my final thoughts on them.
the protein i'll rate by taste, mixability and nutritional profile.
the preworkout i'll rate by how i feel while working out (focus, energy, jitters) and how good i feel AFTER my working (basically if i crash or not).
As soon as i receive both of them i'll take pictures and upload them on here. (i like having my own pictures)
Experience with protein and preworkout? i'm a stim junkie search up my reviews/logs.

About me
I'm a very busy engineering student. i live in a dorm so i get meals in a cafeteria but that just makes my life easier as i'm able to hit my macros without cooking food myself. I eat a lot of chicken, 4 grilled chicken breasts approximately daily. I'm currently bulking and using carb cycling.
I have a 5 on / 2 off schedule.
Mondays: Biceps/Back/ Legs
Tuesdays: Chest/ Triceps
Wednesdays: Legs/ Shoulders
Thursdays: Biceps/Back/ Abs
Fridays: Chest/ Triceps/ Shoulders
Weekends: Off, (Cardio depending on how i ate during the week, or if i'm going to be going out to eat during the week)
All lifts consist of a 4x8 except leg workouts and deadlift
Chest: Incline bench press, flat bench press, dumbbell chest press, cable chest press (3 different cable positions), chest flys
Triceps: Tricep extension, skull crushers, close grip bench press, dips and tricep pull downs.
Biceps: Concentration curls, easy bar curls, cable curls, hammer curls, static curls and alternating curls to finish it off
Back: Cable rows, Lat pulldowns, deadlift 5 sets, 10,8,6,4,2. Dumbbell rows, bent over dumbbell flys.
Legs: Squats 5 sets, Leg press 5 sets, Leg extensions
Shoulders: Dumbbell shoulder press, plate raises, dumbell side raises, smith machine shoulder press
Abs: always changes
Cardio: I love playing sports, can't really count burnt calories but a hell of a lot more fun then running alone.
I do miss days if i have something to do or somewhere to go and i'd just make it up on the weekend. Too strict on missing days. I have this thing with my right wrist, gives me problems all the damn time. Only time i might take time off is if it gets to the point where it hurts too much to lift.
Supplement History
I have been on this site for a while, logged many different products, reviewed a lot, and went out and but even more than that. I tried all the top proteins and preworkouts. I am very caffeine resistant, most likely because i go on preworkouts for long periods of time. I take caffeine free preworkouts when i'm cycling off caffeine.
As for protein, i'm pretty picky about flavor. My first experience when it comes to protein is a generic walmart protein that tasted awful. It's been a long time since that day and i've gone through tubs of proteins to find out ones that i really like.
Day One
No problem homie i kept checking the tracking to make sure it got delivered before i went.
BLAST
First impression: It was perfect when it comes to flavor and mixing. It tastes just like you'd expect it to taste and it mixes perfectly.
In the gym: (Legs and shoulders) This preworkout does not have beta-alanine. so no tingly feeling (doesn't matter to me regardless, just stating it). It does have more creatine than conventional preworkouts which i definitely could tell in the gym. I'm not cycling creatine, and i haven't in a while so i could really feel it when i could pull out extra reps during my workout. It gave me the energy i needed to make it through my workout and absolutely no crash, feel great right now. This preworkout has BCAA in it, and if you're stacking it with prime you will not have to take any additional. (This is true for most protein supplements, not preworkouts though).
I do have to state if you're stacking prime and blast that you are getting a lot of creatine and amino acids. I'm not sure how much creatine is in prime but it is in there. If you take 2 scoops of blast (Do not exceed 2 scoops) You are getting 4g of creatine which is almost how much creatine you should take daily if you want to cycle creatine as opposed to the minimal amounts of creatine in conventional preworkouts.
Blast really did give me a lot of energy for a long period of time (will update on this as the log progresses) without a crash. I did not get any explosive energy (which usually results in a crash most of the time) but it was a consistent focused feeling, which, in my opinion, is better for training. So far really liking blast, most likely i will jump up to 2 scoops later in this log to see how that does for me.
Question for you SES reps
Let's say i consistently take 2 scoops of blast on workout days, would you recommend i take 5g of creatine on off days just to make sure i'm consistently getting 5g of creatine daily?
Now for prime
First fruity protein i've ever liked.
I took this post workout, let me just state this again, it's the best smelling protein i've ever used i can't get past how good it smells. I took two scoops, 12 oz of water. It mixes really well it doesn't look like it mixes well but it really does. It looks like there are free floating particles and that it refuses to mix with the water but that's just how it looks after it's mixed. I tried it today with water, and i will say it was not as thick as i would like it to be, but then again it was with water. I will try it tonight or tomorrow morning with milk. It was really easy to drink, it tasted like banana cream and even though it was a bit watery, it's something i could drink everyday and never have a problem with. I'm pretty sure if i either reduce how much water i use or use milk it will be absolutely delicious. I can already tell though this beats SO many different proteins even with water. The nutritional profile is amazing and the taste is well above average with water.
I will update prime with less water and milk later in this log.

some solid routine you got there with everything. I had/have wrists issues as well. Do plenty of icing if you dont already do so and eliminate bench dips and close grip bench presses for a while (unless you have your wrists about 10-12 apart, I think anything closer is really bad for your wrists).
Prime has 2.5g of creatine mono so between that a scoop of Blast you should be good with your creatine for the day. You dont necessarily need 5g anywhere between 3-5g of creatine is enough. But I guess it also depends on the person just like with everything else. If you seem to notice a lot from creatine then you might not need to take any on off days.
Glad we have another happy customer so far . 2 scoops of Prime in 12 oz of water should give some good thickness but I guess you like milkshakes haha. I guess add some milk or cut the water down a little more like you said.
2 scoops of Blast isnt a good idea unless you are a stim junky. Each scoop has the equivalent effect of 300mg of caffeine. So far none of our loggers have taken 2 scoops except for one and he only did it once. Still cracks me up!! hahaha. As soon as I read that he took 2 scoops I thought to myself: "he got fukked up" and I was right lol.
Really glad you finally got the supps . Swuuu is good people!!
