    Help!

    I need help. I don't seem to be getting any bigger?! My strength is increasing but I'm not a) losing body fat and b) not gaining muscle size. I eat healthy and everything!

    Are you eating more calories than you lose? In order to gain muscle you have to eat like a beast. Eat healthy but eat at least 500 more calories than you lose every day so you can gain at least a pound every week.
