My current stack and regiment is as follows:
1) Glutamime 30 minutes prior to workout
2) Creatine 15 minutes prior to workout
3) NO-Xplode immediately before workout
4) Protein immediately after workout
All supplants (except NO-Xplode) are by Optimum Nutrition and are ingested at recommended servings sizes. Is this a good regiment? Anyway to improve? How much does timing matter? Thanks.

Glutamine = waste of $$$
Take creatine in the mornings or after your workout. Protein isn't needed unless u cant eat enough meat during your post workout meal, so basically only drink your protein if you don't get enough during the day. Also only take pre-workout if you really need it! No point of taking stims when you're already hyper af
