I would never want to be disappointed with my appearance because of me being lazy in my past... its like high school days. Theres no reason to fail a test when you have all the tools you need in your textbooks. Same mentality with the gym... just don't let yourself accept the idea of not achieving your goals.

Hi - I'm new here. My motivation is vacation pics. By end of Feb early March I like to get away to somewhere warm and almost always end up on a sailboat. That gives me 8 to 12 weeks to really get a bikini bod in time for my trip. Every time I wake up and have to clean off the car and drive through snow and cold to get to the gym, I think of that picture of me hanging off the sailboat or on the beach with my abs. (I've never had abs....but maybe this year)!

My motivation has never been to look good in a bikini. If it was, I would only be interested in moderate training for a few measly months per year! I've always been motivated by looking, performing and feeling good year round. That's the way to think.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

Sometimes the road to the gym itself begins to terribly annoying. I know, therefore, I advise you to change the route. In every sense of the word.
If you’re tired of your gym, change it to another; if you’re tired of the route you are running, choose another place to run. It is proved that a change of scenery really improves the quality of training and motivates for new sports achievements.
