ICE
this is a great product no doubt. I feed myself 2-3 heaped tablespoons in my drinking bottle and drink during training. I also recommend "AMINO" which you can find here;
http://www.coachsos.com go to supplements.
This company isnt famous like EAS but its products are the best in the world!! Highest Quality.
The founder Dr. Mauro DiPasquale is a supplement genius.
check this website out.
And to answer your question ICE will deffinately help you get good solid long term gains do doubt. Its not a quick fix like steroids if thats what you are after......
good luck.

MD+ Products
Yes the products are expensive I never said they werent.
Now with the products did you read the ingredieant listing? The Amino is brilliant especially to take when training along with Xtremes ICE. Also the Antiox by MD+(APT Nutrition) is very good too. To compare those products with Muscle Tech is ...well.....kind of gay.....no offence.
MD+ is one of the most trustfull companies out there......ask any knowledgable strength coach.
But as I said YES it is expensive.

prices on Xtreme Formulations ICE are much cheaper from bb.com and 1_fast_400.
I have recently switched up my diet to focus more on the pre-workout and post-workout meals.
My new "inworkout" shake is 20g ICE with 40g dextrose in 1 liter of water. (I'm 230 lbs). It's much lighter on the stomach than Whey for me and tastes more like a sports drink than a meal replacement during training.
The grape flavored ICE is awesome. (smells like Big League Chew bubble gum) ICE costs less per serving than purchasing Optimum's BCAA mix and doesn't taste like total ass!
Another quality ICE has is that it mixes much better than pure BCAAs because BCAAs are non-polar and just sit on the surface of water. In comparison, ICE does a much better job of mixing.
I haven't sacrificed any energy during my workouts by switching the diet a lil bit and I enjoy that I am having more calories during the pre-workout and post-workout times. (Very important for glycogen replenishment!)
ICE gets my thumbs up.

so you guys dont think that 60$ plus shipping is a lot for ICE??
Per gram, it's the best BCAA product out there, and then it has glutamine as well, an added bonus.Last edited by Fella; 08-21-2003 at 07:02 PM.
