With all the fires, the air quality in the San Francisco area is becoming horrendous. I feel like I smoked a pack of cigs a day. It's like my airways are coated in some foul tasting and smelling chemical crap. Yuck!

haha thanks, Wayne. I am surprised you don't post regularly in the music thread
I am sorry to see the loss of life in these fires. In a group I follow, a poster had put up a photo of her son's home. It was completely burnt to the ground. How is it possible to have floods on one side of the country and devastating fires on the other.
As an aside, I was sucking in a lot of smoke yesterday after burning toast in the grill. The house still smells!.

The only music thread I've posted in musically speaking is a "guitar mega thread" just to help some people out.
I've seen Bando comment a bit there too but I haven't posted there for a couple months.
Many are metal heads and I'm no help in that genre.
I think it's somewhere near the regular misc. forum which I don't go near.
Have a great weekend everyone.

"I was running downstairs in heels with a cup of coffee and fell backwards and broke my toe!" Is this even physically possible? Wouldn't you fall forward if that were to actually happen? How many 69 year old women with serious health problems are "running" down a flight of stairs in heels anyway? Is it even possible for this woman to tell the truth?
Well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory...

She's so used to lying at this point that I think she's just trolling now for laughs.

Yes indeed. He even had me fooled with that nice guy act.
but thanks to tireless efforts of a group of undercover operatives, he was caught red-handed in a sting operation which fingered him as the ringleader of an underground knock-off BB.com shaker cup racket.
The operatives followed him to a storage unit where they found a cache of cheaply made, knock-off BB.com shaker cups with an estimated street value of $50,000 (or $0.00 with a promo code). He was charged with possession with intent to sell, and banned for 150 years.
Good riddance I say.Last edited by ChazWood; 10-18-2017 at 03:17 PM.

I just gotta share with you this gorgeous photo shared by a local wildlife carer. These two are her sistas...SweetPea on her lap...lol and Bluebelle on her back. The most amazing, sensitive, intelligent and affectionate animals. Kangaroos have beautiful, gentle souls and are very family orientated.

Yep. A happy family, Wegs haha Our carers do such an amazing job and love their critters, these are reds btw. When they grow to about 20kg, they'll release them back in the wild. If any have long term issues, they're usually taken to parks and sanctuaries and happily go on to live a great life.
haha I've seen this clip a few times now. (2 dogs + 1 bloke) vs 1 roo.. hmmm
Of course, I'm on the roos side.
