Come on in, we welcome you with open arms:
Those are the best friends, you can put them on ignore and they never even know it, or just close the window on them. It's so easy unlike it was in our grandparents day when you shut the window on someone and they could stare at you awkwardly through the window pane. Technology is awesome.

lol! That's funny.
There are some like that, yes. From being inactive for a while ...and then now I'm back on it, getting in touch with family and high school/college friends I've lost touch with for a while, has been an awesome experience for me. A few high school friends of mine said they had thought about me for years. I was very touched.
And it's cool how we picked up like no time has passed at all.
Have a good weekend, everyone!

I think only one person from bb.com knows how to reach out to me on FB and they have never done so lol, so I guess I'm not very interesting.
Hope everyone is having a good day, I know I am!

I am sure no one would think you are a creeper lol.
Like 2 or 3 people have my cell number from bb.com. Only one person has my full name but I don't talk to that person much anymore and so it makes sense they never added me on FB.
A couple people from here have my Snapchat though so they get to see my random videos and pictures I put on there.Have you done something today to take yourself to the next level?

I went to a fundraiser the other night for the Catch A Lift foundation. Their mission is to help wounded veterans heal their minds and bodies through physical fitness. In addition to gym memberships, CAL provides in-home fitness equipment to veterans who are not ready to join a gym. I met some pretty amazing people with some incredible stories to tell. Anybody interested can find more info here.

I’m really liking FB. Connecting with past high school and college friends has been awesome. I’m planning a trip for the fall, to the west coast and NYC to see peeps who moved to those areas. They missed me all these years, it’s so cool to hear something like that from people who at one time were in your life, every day. Feeling blessed.
Hope everyone had a great long weekend!

Good to hear WEG. These are things I've come to value more recently. Reconnected with some friends that where my first friends from age 5-12 and we keep in touch from time to time (birthdays etc).
There's a few I need to reconnect with again. Most old friends were never that close and probably hung around more cause there was something to be gained for them, but there was a handful of really good friends I should look up as well.
Would be tricky to meet some .. being spread out in several different countries. I don't want to make a ******** page though, but I guess I could make a fake profile and have a look around.

Yep, I've gone to school with some of these people since kindergarten. It's been so amazing to see them now, and what they've been up to. I grew up in an affluent town, and quite a few of my friends ended up graduating from Yale, Harvard... Always knew they'd go far in academia.
And I remember we did so much together...I'm hoping our friendships can grow again.
In other news, can't figure out how to upload an avatar properly here. I tested it with an old avatar, but wanted to put up a new one. It either is too small or too big (and I have to add space to it if that makes sense in order to reach the minimum size) and doesn't look right. I'll have to keep trying. lolLast edited by whatevergirl; 05-26-2015 at 09:36 AM.

Today was a tiring but very productive day.
Installed quite a few kitchen cabinets, then left that job to go do a drywall repair. I took readymix spackling so I could mix the powder with water, spackle the area, then in 20 minutes I was able to put a second coat on it. Fast drying spackle ftw! Then after that I went home and did chores as well as dug up two bushes. I also got in my core workout tonight too.
Oh and I picked up two more jobs during the day from repeat customers. They didn't even ask for a price, just told me I can have the jobs. I am very grateful.
Hope everyone had a good day as well.Have you done something today to take yourself to the next level?

Went to my parents house this morning to do a bunch of small projects and sat down at the end to see a curious relic of time: The Newspaper. With no children in the house the kitchen table was clear of all junk and I sat at it with a cup of coffee and prepared to delve into gossip and current events. However another had a plan and implemented it immediately by hopping up on the table, purring loudly, re-placing itself when moved, stayed present despite turning a page onto (of which I will admit made for a great shelter/blanket), then finally decided to sit away from me with a long tail as a page mark making the pages impossible to turn. It dawned on me the reason the newspaper industry is dying isn't due at all to digital mediums, its due to the cunning and intelligent house cat.

******** is pretty awesome for meeting people you never thought you would meet. Chances are that I never will meet any of them due to where I live, but all the same, it's nice to hear about others' life experiences.
As for anyone in junior high and high school, my little accident a couple of years back wiped out more than a few memory cells. Not that I'd like to reconnect with anyone from high school--I remember that I hated it, I remember that much--but the gaps still bother me.

I have tried to watch Game of Thrones and thought a couple of the dragon scenes were interesting. But, if it were any slower, I would feel like I was going back in time. I cannot watch it for more than 5 minutes at a time. They were so serious back then
Therefore, I give it a 3 out of 10.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Negged.
I wasn't into the series at all despite all the public hoopla about it until a friends wife mentioned she thought I in particular would like it. She described a bit about the show and I figured well what the heck I'll see it and see if it was any good. By the 3rd episode I was hooked and binged watched it up until last season. This is the first tv show I've ever been current on. Now mind you this doesn’t make it the best TV show ever but its got pretty much everything gratuitous sex, violence, action, and multiple story lines. Last nights episode was so kick ass it was nearly amazing.
Repent from thou unwatching of this series sins.Ndtha ton eda yi'mg oIng tofi
