I don't go there much these days but I lost many hours of sleep staying up on there arguing with maniacs.

You want to leave but you check your User CP and find that somebody has said something so ass backwards that there is no way you can NOT comment on it...which of course leads into a 2 hour 15 page debate that ultimately goes nowhere.

It's also full of idiots, quacks, race-baiters, conspiracy theorists, and lunatics. There are a few good posters in there but they get drowned out by the larger group most of the time.

It's the Relationship Help section. Most of the time I go in there it's usually new join dates making their 1st or 2nd thread. I don't believe most of those threads. It's like someone is bored and making most of it up.

Infection is gone. Doc missed part of the stitches and it was all bad.
Started back at Physical therapy again today.
I'm way to competitive for my own good.
Successfully got my hand above my head.
Now I'm paying the price, but thankfully I'm well stocked in ice packs.
I'm going back tomorrow to get some more.

6 weeks of therapy is scheduled. Twice a week.

PT said it could be up to April depending on how quickly I respond without pushing it too far.

My next goal is to be able to lift my arm without assistance.

Successful physical therapy was successful.

I got even more ROM than yesterday with less pain.

Gonna rub some dirt on it before it starts to really hurt
