I just learned that if you use your earphone volume control on your iPhone you can snap a shot with the camera. Apparently this will work well if you need to take a selfie, or a shot where you have to keep absolutely still, or a shot around a corner etc........I tried it with a Sony ear plug and it works.
I'm open to any suggestions and have a difficult time accepting limitations without an honest effort on my part, you can count on that!
