I just had a pretty cool lunch break. I work next door to a hotel where some of the competitors are staying for the ifbb show tomorrow. There’s a mini expo going on in the lobby area, and I picked up some free samples of stuff. (and saw some of the competitors walking around)
I went to a show here a few years ago, wish I was going to this tomorrow. It looks like it will be a lot of fun!

The weather here finally cooled off a little bit and it is gorgeous. Yesterday went on an adventure to Philly which turned out to be an awesome time. Today is work out and then maybe something else fun.
Have a great day everyone!Have you done something today to take yourself to the next level?

Pinterest has some really nice artwork that’s hard to find. I was pleasantly surprised.
Happy Monday…had a great weekend, but feeling tired right now. Weekends fly by so fast. Heard the weather forecast, and while it’s bright and sunny now, it’s supposed to rain for the next seven days non stop. What?
Hope everyone enjoyed theirs.
PS: Nice car, Johnny.

Dude!!
I got hooked on Castile soap years ago. I use this one:
Used it once and came to the conclusion that every shower I had prior was just me standing under dirty water. Castile soaps are the truth. For bar soap which is really for hands or dirty kids feet we make our own but can't beat the Dr. Bonners for an all around soap for everything. I felt like a hippie the first time using and reading about the other uses but now am glad I went to the dark side.Ndtha ton eda yi'mg oIng tofi

lol this is what I love about O35, these slight cultural references are not met with a blank stare. Crafty as in crazy, but I was humming the BB song after I re-read the post.
Though...she did take the remote control. And the Kleenex. Who takes Kleenex boxes?
Wanted to rep you for fitting in Pinterest reference, but alas I must spread myself elsewhere...will creep into your comments soon.jpgNdtha ton eda yi'mg oIng tofi

Home from work today, with a bad headache. I also learned that a friend of mine who I rekindled a friendship with on FB after losing touch for a time, died in a car accident over the weekend. She was an amazing person. I have lost three friends in roughly three years, all incredibly beautiful people who were giving, and humble. When I was religious, I could make sense of tragedies like this, but I can't seem to, anymore.
Hope everyone here is having a good week, though.

Second time running this week - proud of myself.
Still have to stop and rest a few seconds every now and then. Not sure I'll be up for it but would be fun to participate in this giant local race,
Göteborg half marathon. It is the largest half-marathon running competition in the world, with over 60 000 runners. Just a great atmosphere around the whole event as well. We'll see.

Sorry to hear. At least for a short period of time you were able to re-establish the friendship. There is no sense of the tragedy of loss except to remind you to reach out and enjoy every minute that you have and let those around you know that you love them.
Nice!Ndtha ton eda yi'mg oIng tofi

Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, Weggers. Sometimes things happen for no reason. They just do. Some people will say it's God's will, others will say it's bad luck. That's up to you to decide. In any case, you lost a friend and that is a tragedy for her and her family.
On my end, still slogging away. Did get a contract offer for a trilogy--The Nightmare Crew. Looking at the contract now. The money isn't great no matter what people say, but on the other hand, I do enjoy writing, and it is somewhat of an ego boost to see my novels get good ratings. Rank-wise, they could be better, but I have hope. Without hope, what else is there?
Five other novels of mine will come out this year, so there's a lot to pick and choose from...or not.
Play safe with fireworks, y'all. Saw that blast in Tanjin...not pleasant at all."Don't call me Miss Kitty. Just...don't."--Catnip. Check out the Catnip Trilogy on Amazon.com
"Chivalry isn't dead. It just wears a skirt."--Twisted, the YA gender bender deal of the century!
Check out my links to Mr. Taxi, Star Maps, and other fine YA Action/Romance novels at http://www.amazon.com/J.S.-Frankel/e/B004XUUTB8/ref=dp_byline_cont_ebooks_1

Decided to start eating better this week so for the first time in....well...years, I've eaten breakfast. Maybe it will to help me get stronger vs fill mah belly. Egg whites and lemon yogurt (noosa).
New workout partner tonight, a long time friend. Let's see if he get's broken too like my others have (j/k. One had tumors so she had to focus on getting healthy and the other went to France and talks to her guy in the evenings when we used to work out together). First time having a male workout partner since the USMC. This'll be different.
Probably nothin' for you guys, but I broke into the 700lb club this week w/ 200lb squat, 250lb bench, and 250lb deadlift. Need stronger legs and back. Working on it. Aiming for the 800lb club now, goal to get into the 1000lb club.
