Back before GH15 went full potato
5'11 205 ~ 5'10 198 (~7lb/inch for male) = NOT possible 100% completely natural with no supp while remaining at 8% no clothes on. (in the morning after 8 hour sleep no food in system with one single glass of water drank before weighin,, no clothes/shoes/pump which =3-8lb)
thus you were 5'11 ~198~7% which is parallel and will look very much alike as 5'10~190~8% = POSSIBLE COMPLETELY NATURALLY as i said before if ones have extra ordinary response to training which i assume you have if you were at those numbers at this body fat. 5'11 198lb 7% bf is SUPERB physiqe and only minority of trainees will be able to achieve it naturally.

Guys, what do you think: can I get from 18% to abs (10%?) in 5 months?
After that I will re-focus on strength gains obviously, I just want to get to the lean base with visible abs and stay lean while putting on mass slowly.Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

cut from 235-170 going from high school to freshman in college, lean bulked to roughly 180 during this past summer, and for the past 4-5 months I haven't been bulking or cutting; just eating around maintenance and working out, gaining muscle and strength while losing body fat and becoming all around leaner. Been getting pretty solid results, and it's still pretty similar to cutting since I'm losing fat, but the diet part is easier (I love eating)

another interesting question for yall
Coming from high volume workouts like PPL - will your body adapt to that amount of volume and you'll always need a high volume routine, or is it possible to still grow and make gains after you switch it up and go to a lower volume workout routinePSN: solidsnake2688

Thanks man. But eh, HAM?
Thanks, and fair point. The thing is, I do IF and cycle my calories. This worked very well for me as it is easier to have a consistent caloric deficit with basically have 3 refeeds every week on training days compared to low calories every day IMO. On rest days I go pretty low but due to the higher days it doesn't feel like cutting that much at all. I believe also it can be done without any cardio at all - I have seen plenty of examples. Diet firstIron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

In for this, will be my first cut, currently 172 @16%BF~ish (Avi is old, was lighter there), only aiming for 10% then want to try and slowly add some more weight back on coming up to summer
Been easy so far haven't felt hungry at all really, even picked up a pizza for my bro yesterday and resisted getting one lol
Going to get some ACV today, seems to be a lot of benefits besides for cutting

Cliffs:
They don't exist
Cliffs:
7-15% is the range
There are ways you can get around it such as dieting to a point where you're not suffering (but still pretty lean), then reverse diet slowly while dropping cardio slowly watching your body composition/weight until you feel normal hormonally/mentally
It can be changed over time, but it is difficult so if you are going to be shooting for below it, you have to realize that the gains you'll be making will be slower
High carb days that are close to your offseason intake of carbs, maybe even slightly over
Make slow increases while refeeding, make sure to watch your weight...take a 7 day running average of your weight .5lb per week is too fast, unless it's at the beginning of the reverse diet

Guys, just wanted to share some texts that I really like and perhaps it can be of any help or inspiration to you too.
Never bemoan the discipline that must accompany serious training. Never bemoan the discipline that must be applied to your diet and other components of recovery. To have the opportunity to apply all this discipline is a blessing. Appreciate it, and savor every moment of implementing that discipline. You will not be able to train forever. Eventually you will not be able to apply dedication and determination to anything, let alone your training, diet and recovery. So be sure you make the absolute most of the present!
This is from Beyond Braw by Stuart McRobert, a book that I definitely recommend by the way.
The point is clear, getting fit/shredded is not always easy but try to see this journey as gift, be happy you can do it instead of complaining. Be happy you CAN train hard, be happy you are in a position to sculpt your body - many, many people on this planet are simply trying to survive every day they wake up.
Be happy and get shreddedIron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.
