lol I think every Denny's I've gone to I could call nasty..lol I of course was meaning the calories you get to take in... being a girl mine have to be much lower Maybe I should say being a girl and going for the body type that I want.... I have to keep the calories low even when I get to train like a man....lol Good luck on the end of your challenge.. I'm kind of coming in late.. a lot of jugger's are closing up shop (at least I get to see what I am up against )~Jamie~

DAYS 87 & 88.... rest days
well days 87 & 88 wound up being rest days and a bit of a mini vacation. The family went down to san Antonio for the weekend to celebrate my oldest daughter's b-day. We had a great time and it was even better with no computer and very limited FB the entire time we were gone. While we were gone I kept my calorie intake low and started cutting down on my water intake as well in seeing how the Oxidane works for me.
DAY 87
Supplements
AM- 1 IL multi, 1 1000mg Vitamin C, 1 Cyclo Bolan, 2Cyclo Clenz, 1 CLA, 2 IL Final Cutz, 1 Cyclo Dex, 2 Oxidane
Midday- 1 IL multi, 1 1000mg Vitamin C, 1 Cyclo Bolan, 2Cyclo Clenz, 1 CLA, 2 IL Final Cutz, 1 Cyclo Dex, 2 Oxidane
Pre-workout- none
Post Workout- none
Bedtime- 2 scoops IL Whey Delite
Juggernaut Rating
No rating as I didn't take any. mini vacation time.

Overall the rest days were great, but I could have done better on my meals, but convenience was king this weekend, but I made healthy choices.. other than the hamburger...ugh I was starving though...LOL The Oxidane is working well.. trying to see how and when to time my water reduction is what I am learning this go round.. knowledge for future use."Strength and Honor" words to live by!

Day 89
Got back home this evening and was jonesing for a workout since I really didn't do anything the last two days.... So I got in a late Chest workout. The wife got in there with me for a bit but she wasn't feeling well so cut it short midway through. My shoulders were bothering me from having slept on a smaller bed with the wife all weekend and having to sleep on my side so the workout was shorter than usual...

WEIGHT- 186 +5 LBS
I think I will let the numbers in red above speak for themselves on the majority of the growth. It is awesome that I gained size while losing bodyfat. I did this without cardio, I just kept the intensity of my workouts up higher and controlled my carb intake to around the workouts themselves to fuel just the workouts and not any fat production. While I bulked up to 195, I leaned back down to 186 with losing very minimal size in the process! Honestly the part that I am most happy about is the calf growth. Once I got a good calf routine dialed in they grew 1" over the last 60 days. This is an area that has been the hardest for me to grow! Now the AFTER PICS!!!!
