I would be very interested in logging the performance stack. My goals are to gain lean muscle mass, and improve my strength. I love muscle tech and enjoy their products, as i often cook different recipes with the protein (bake deserts). I feel like this stack would help me kick start my muscle building process, and supply with new protein, to continue.

Hello, my new years goal plan is to eat as healthy as possible, and resist temptation to eat junk food like chips and things. Have been Eating atleast 200+ grams of protein per day on workout days
and eating around 3000 calories on workout days. (treadmill, weights)
The core stack would fit my goals to add much lean muscle with minimal fat gains throughout 2014. Additional protein would be a great way for me get an adequate amount of protein in my diet. Hydroxycut is a great burner as well. Can update log a few times a week, with some descriptive details as well.

Over the past four months I have not been able to workout due to a few injuries. I had a torn AC joint in my left shoulder and a sprained right wrist, which was put in a cast to heal. Before my accident I was in the best shape of the past 8 years, but now I am almost starting from square one. Now that I am healed, I am taking my workouts very seriously. I plan on eating clean for the next three months... no processed foods. I will prepare meals for the week and count my macros. This is something I haven't done before. I will try to gain weight to get up to about 160-165 and then cut to get down to 155 at about 8% BF. It is crucial for me to keep these commitments. The Lean Muscle or Performance stack would help me greatly in succeeding my goals.

I think my favorite thing about Phase 8 is the texture. It's so smooth with a slight grainy texture, like there was cookies or graham crackers ground in there. Definitely one of the best proteins out there.

Phase8 has spoiled me for cooking, though. After making pancakes and waffles with it (used CPB and Strawberry), my attempts with any other powder just end up being disappointments. Something about the way it thickens up (especially if you let it sit for a couple of minutes) just makes it cook up in such a fluffy, moist way. Too good.

My short term fitness goal is probably a little different than most. I have been doing solo training by myself for the past couple of years now and I have had some great results, even though I've had a bumpy road. One thing that is changing is I am going back to doing P90X, which I'm not too thrilled about, but the reason I'm switching is because my wife is now going to be training with me at home after our kids go to bed. Needless to say, it's a completely different beast compared to traditional training and I know my wife will be looking to me for motivation. I know the weight loss is going to continue to come with the training and food prep, but now I really look forward to working on my conditioning and stamina.

Good luck to everyone in their goals for 2014!

I'd love to log the Performance Stack for you guys. I have tried Neurocore and it is the truth! I knew there was something truly great behind the quality of Muscletech after that experience. I'm in the midst of a winter fat burning phase until mid March and then will be adding lean mass. The key to leaning out for me is maintaining my strength on a cut. I'm sure this stack will help keep me on track.

Let me know! And good luck to all the applicants.

Alright, here I go! I believe with my strong knowledge in training and nutrition with an effective training regiment, 2014 will surely be my greatest year yet.

I'm currently near the end of my bulk and will begin cutting soon at the end of January.

    My Goals for 2014 include:
    1. Get to 6-7% bodyfat and compete in my first ever physique competition in June/July
    2. Bring up lagging bodyparts to improve proportions
    3. Increase my strength in all my lifts and gain 5-10lb of lean mass by next year
    4. Improve my cardiovascular endurance and participate in a local marathon in the summer

I'd like to start the year off by regaining lost form from the last part of 2013 due to a pair of untimely wrist injuries. I've pushed the reset button and missed a few months to focus on physiotherapy and weight combinations. I recently tested pushups on my limited range of motion which speaks to time and PT healing me, and I've put on 20 lbs to my frame since about that short time. I plan on getting better and adding another 20 lbs so I'm app'ing for the Performance Stack. They say you can't get better if you don't try and consistency and resiliency is as much a part of this lifestyle/ While I'd like to increase all numbers for this year, I have a few numbers I have set in mind ranging from hitting 200 body weight by March to deadlifting 200 which is where I was 10 lbs shy of prior to the injuries and work on weak areas like chest. Unlike other years I will be doing this by diligently strengthening my "prob" areas, by following strict form at all times, being on a very heavy bulk diet and consistency with bundles of new PR's.

I hope to once again do what I did at 1,002% at 100% and firing on all cylinders. I've had enormous gains with Muscletech in the past starting out with the old Cell-tech Hardcore pro series a couple of years ago and would love to continue that trend to start the year. As always thank you for this opportunity.

I'm planning on joining my first ever bodybuilding competition this summer after 5 years of training. I have never taken any stacks before and would love to try my first one with Muscle Tech. I recently bulked up to 190lbs and started my cut after new years. Having supportive friends, good knowledge of nutrition and lifting, I know I can make this my year to finally show my family and friends that my hard work finally paid off!

My goal this year is to:
    1) Reach 6-8% BF for the competition
    2) Drop down to 160-165lbs while reserving as much mass/strength as possible
    3) Improving my overall health and recover from my AC injury
    4) Try out different stacks and seeing which ones work the best for me
    5) Win my first BB Competition

My short term fitness goal of 2014 is to continue my body transformation by continuing to drop fat while adding in lean muscle. Also to continue to make healthier lifestyle choices particularly in the foods I eat. After talking with my AF recruiter, i was told i need to lose 20lbs. My goal is to shed that weight while adding on lean muscle which will help me kick ass at Basic and throughout my military career. Im currently at 180(5 lbs already lost) but an estimated BF% of 25. So i'm hoping to add some muscle while torching the fat!
