No, Cordon Bleu doesn't use breading and there is a heavy sauce with it. This is lighter and much easier to make.
Ricky, the gauc is super simple.
I use ripe avocados (they feel like a bag of sand ) and then 2/3 can of Rotell, one fresh jalapeno, 1/4 onion and some lime juice. Mix it all together and chill for about an hour and smash....eat the gauc that is

I see. I only strayed over to the nutrition section a few months ago and started posting in it regularly. And then entered nut. misc for the first time. Been here ever since.
