No, Cordon Bleu doesn't use breading and there is a heavy sauce with it. This is lighter and much easier to make.


Ricky, the gauc is super simple.

I use ripe avocados (they feel like a bag of sand ) and then 2/3 can of Rotell, one fresh jalapeno, 1/4 onion and some lime juice. Mix it all together and chill for about an hour and smash....eat the gauc that is

I've been served multiple Cordon Bleu dishes that were breaded. The sauce part is right though...usually a creamy/thick white sauce (no homo) with a Cordon Bleu.

Either way, it looks incredible.
