    started cut on like 2800, last few weeks was about 2000 (dat **** sucks)

    edit: bulking on 3600-3800ish. not really counting tbh

    yep 5'9. The guys i stand with are 5'6-'5'8. was the -80kg class, so the guys are short.

    edit2: i cant read

    routine:

    monday: legs

    tuesday: back (volume) & biceps

    wednesday: off (or cardio + abs/calves)

    thursday: chest, shoulders and triceps

    friday: back (power) & biceps

    saturday: same as wednesday

    sunday: shoulders, chest and triceps

    What did you look like before you started working out? Any pics from before. If you're natty and look that good at 18 then wondering how big you will be in another 7 years or so if you stayed natty. What are your measurements ?
