    First day back in the gym

    Hey bodybuilding community,

    Just finished my third semester of college and its really phucked up my lifting schedule. I basically haven't lifted in 2 months. My question is should I restart my bodybuilding pursuits with a cut or a bulk? I'm pretty weak right now (lost size), bodyfat seems to have been unchanged maybe a little fatter.

    Not sure where to go from here.

    I'd say go with the bulk brother. It would be good for the size and you know the carbs for the energy, strength, & gains

    Yeah it really isn't. Thanks man I appreciate it I need to add some mass though so I might do a clean bulk and try just packing on lean mass.

    Bulk! The most effective way would be to calculate your bmr, adjust for your activity level, and then add about 250-500 calories to that. In addition, use myfitnesspal to keep track of your daily macronutrient/caloric intake so you can stay on goal. Use IIFYM(aka flexible dieting). disregard femals, profit
