HIPS SO SORE!!
so with all this focus on lifting my knees, (which uses your hipflexors a ton) my hips were just fatigued from the beginning of practice. Our workout today was not in spikes .
450 making our 400 time come in at 59
2 250s with our 200 time coming in at 26
on the 2nd 250 I went absolutely HAM on the last 50 and was able to pass this guy on the outside that was beating me. I was really feeling pretty sore on my whole hip are so I took an ice bath after practice. My body is already starting to change shape for track though. My upperbody is getting a lot smaller. My lower body isnt really getting smaller, just there is no fat at all. My quads ,hamstrings and hips are already feeling like rocks to the tough. Here are some pics of me today. this is right after I stuffed myself at dinner so sorry if my abs are hiding lol

well rested and ready to go.
I needed the weekend to rest up cause I was really sore and fatigued at practice on friday. I'll post what our workout will be after we do it today. Wednesday through friday will all be rest days because I have the Spartan Race on Saturday morning. If you dont know what that is its basically the exact same thing as Tough Mudder except they dont Shock you. Its 9 miles of pure hills, with 20 obsticles. Last year I was 120th out of around 5,000. We'll see how I do this year. It is a freaking awesome race!!

Awww Man im making ALL KINDZ of Gainz!!
So today at track we had 3 400 meter runs. Our only rest was walking 200 meters in between each rep. I got 58, 62, and 58 seconds for my 400s. My coach also had us do a 200 meter sprint after those 400s. I ran that in 26.6. I swear, I was pretty freaking tired during that workout. There gets a point to where you have run so hard and you pushed yourself like crazy that you start tripping out a little bit. I kinda felt like I was on Neptune a little bit haha.

Awesome update pictures guys!
Keep up the good work!
@jludwi. I prefer pump-xtrem over beta-cret 2.0 but that is because I am not a stim junkie. If you are a stim junkie then chances are that you will really like beta-cret 2.0 lol. The only form of caffeine that I get is from my pre-workout so it doesn't take a lot to get me ready lolFree Agent

crushed off a huge shoulder and tricep day today....
shoulders started barbell press 135 x 15 (2) 145 x 8-10(2) 155 x 6 (2) felt good on here but didn't have my workout buddy there for it.
then crushed upright rows with rope 65 x 12 (4 sets) i haven't done these in a while and it def gave me a good pump.
seated lateral raises 25 x 12 per side(4) and then standing 30 x 6 front and then lateral and then lateral first finishing with front raises....i kept all these raise moves back to back as supersets and really fried them today!
jumped ont readmill 15 incline @ 4.2 for a quick walk to keep my energy high for 10 minutes before triceps.***Follow me on Instagram @JLUD12 and I'll follow you***

triceps were a good day...brought back two old favorites of mine to feel the movement and really gain definition for me. standing single arm overhead, 30 and then 35 for strength increase.....then laying sinlge arm skull crusher 30 lbs...but on these i cross body so right arm will come across to left shoulder and then press up for a different angle.
then single arm pushdowns 30 x 8 (4) and then reverse pushdown 20 x 10 (2 sets)
straight bar pushdown heavy...85 x 6 (4)***Follow me on Instagram @JLUD12 and I'll follow you***

Big day tomorrow morning with the spartan race!!!! it's the same thing as a tough mudder. Last year I was 125 out of around 5,000. It;s 9 miles of pure hills, and I think 20 obsticles. It is seriously the most fun race ever though. The sick thing about it is since its on trails your joints dont feel like they are going to blow up which is what my knees feel like when I run half marathons. Last year my time was 2:17. Last year I was trained better for long distances but I had a messed up hamstring. This year I think ill beat last years time because Ill be smarter on some of the obsticles. Hopefully I get an epic picture like last year. This picture was not photoshopped in any way. I saw the spartan race photographer at the finish line so when I jumped over the fier pit I made sure I did a little pose. They actually even used the picture to advertise one of their races in Miami!!
