Advice on my stubborn bench? Video

Been on madcows 5x5 for about 23 weeks now my other lifts have gone up really good, except my bench. I have been stuck on 180x3 for this whole time I tried deloading and messing with my form but I just dont know what to do. I have recently gotten to 180x4 but failed to get 5. Any tips on what I should like more tricep work or something like that would be great. Video of 180x3 is below.

I had the same problem op. I think your problem is volume related. Lower the weight on Monday and do a 5x5 for straight sets then do a bench assistance lift like close grip / floor press for a lighter 5x5 after. Then on Friday work up to a 5 rep max. basically try a texas method kind of set up for bench. For me personally, madcows had the intensity but just didn't have enough volume for me to progress at any decent pace. Although I think it could work well for more advanced lifters.

5x5 also did not let me progress on my bench either. I tryed deloading with no luck, huge breaks inbetween sets and still stalled out at 195 everytime probably mental I dunno but I'm on my fourth cycle of 5/3/1 and loving it. I haven't maxed yet but I'm feeling a large increase in max bench on the horizon it may be somthing you want to look into
    Current -365/300/495
    Goals 2015- 405/340/550

    Heaviest Weight - 310

    Current - 207

it honestly looks like you can grind out a few more reps. I did 230x5 for the first time since I lost a **** ton of weight and my reps were a lot slower and grindier than this. This didn't look like a 3 rep max at all.
