Turn your bbq sauce into low carb bbq sauce.

Step 1: Acquire this (for a dollar at your local Walmart)

Step 2: Choose a lower carb (good tasting) BBQ sauce of choice. None of that WALDEN FARM GARBAGE! Personally I go with Webers. I love the taste and it comes in several varieties (hickory, spicy, etc) and 2 tbsp is only 35 calories (6gm sugar) compared to some others which give u about 60-90 cals for the same 2 tbsp. Not to mention Webers is also very easy on the wallet compared to other brands...and trust me brahs it tastes pretty darn good.

Step 3: Choose between water or hot sauce for diluting. Personally I go with hot sauce because water really weakens the taste...and secondly I love a bit of a spicy bbq sauce. Go with your choice of hot sauce with zero calories. You can go with mild ones too if you just want to dilute the calories but don't want it to be too hot or you can go with some of the hotter ones. I choose this:

Step 4: Choose how much you want to dilute the bbq sauce and mix it in those proportions in the squeeze bottle. 50/50 or 75/25...whatever ratio...and just apply that ratio to the calories. So for example I personally go with 50/50 because I love both hot sauce and bbq sauce so in my case, the 2 tbsp are now half of 35 calories ~ 18 cals. If you want a more bolder bbq taste then go with 75%bbq sauce and 25% hot sauce. That will make the 2 tbsp = 75% of 35 ~ 26 cals.

What does it really mean..well now u can have MORE SAUCE for the same volume and calories. So in my case, I usually use 8 tbsp in a wrap..so now that's only 70 calories for me instead of 140! Much easier to fit in my macros.
