Gyno flare up / Elevated Liver Enzymes / need genuine advice and help.

Hey guys,

firstly i want to clear the air and avoid all the questions..... NO i haven't taken any steroids or PH's!!!

Im really looking for some advice more than anything because im quite stumped and a little disheartened.

Heres my story (Will try and keep it short and sweet)



I have had gyno in the past (4 years ago) in one nipple. I got it early on from my lifting when i started to lift heavy and eat a TON! (Recovered anorexic), any who my doctor said that it would settle over time and needless to say it did. Ive been lifting for 4.5 years and have made some great gains and completely changed my life.

Around about 2 years ago i had another small flare up in the same nipple, the only thing i had done is i tried bioforge but months prior. i decided to let it settle again as it was only small. Much smaller than the first time, and about 4 months later it was gone again.



Fast forward to now (3 months ago) earlier in the year i used erase and DAA and loved it, (erase dried me out and i had to drop the dose) but it wasnt until 3 months after that i developed my gyno flare up again. Now the thing is, it happens around the same time of year and always when im bulking and lifting heavy. (im currently training purely strength on my big 4) i have seen some big gains once more but this time my gyno is annoying me and bigger.

I went to the doctor to get bloods, my bloods all came back fine including estrogen (61 / <150) test (28 / 12-31) and i dont know the numbers but my prolactin and progesterone were all in range and normal. Doc said nothing on paper shows why!!

My liver values however were slightly elevated, i had a re check a week later and were still up. (Day after a workout, fasted was the test).


Im looking for some advice on what i should do guys, im starting to get annoyed, doctor said i was healthy as and i should just wait it out, he wasnt even too worried about the liver values as i had a ultrasound and it all came back clear.

Please help i feel im at a loose end.

What were your liver values? If you have them, AST, ALT, alk phos, ggt, t bili, and d bili would be helpful. Do you drink alcohol? How much? Be honest.

For the liver, take NAC, milk thistle and liver 52 for a couple months, if that does up your levels to normal then there is a legitaemate issue with your liver or gall bladder

For the gyno, maybe discuss with your doctor the possibility of getting prescribed letro or ralixifene or both. Realistically, most people get then online themselves, but they can be slightly stressful for the liver
