You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

How can I buy one for my 3x3 RML rack ?
[QUOTE=Mech6;1581862961]So here's a bracket for the belt squat lever arm. This one is for uprights 3x3 5/8" with side holes. So like mine, rogue RML...
There are a few "pin" options depending what someone prefers:
.short pin (installed) and bumper so you could store it vertically (only the arm) and the bumper would be a stopper so it wouldn't contact the upright. You'd need somehting to keep it vertical
.handle if someone plans to remove it often, it helps with the other hand on the actual lever arm. Prevents it from swinging.
.bolt+thumb nut. Same idea as rogue on their monster line. I think this is the least likely option. You wouldn't need the hitch pin through the side however.
Hey Mach6 how can I purchase one of those belt squat lever arm attachment ??

Probably the worse timing to even post this, but this piece would've been an awesome custom piece back when Mech was up and running with projects...

it would be nice if more products had a feature like this, especially Smith Machines but most definitely racks. I know Legend and Panatta both have indexed benches/racks. Legend and Strength Inc. were the first that i saw to offer it but maybe it's been around before that. It'd be great on functional trainers too. As far as i know only the Cybex Bravo does it, but yeah, i don't see why it isn't a standard thing for most of the products. I personally find it incredibly annoying on the Smith Machine on the rare occasion that i will use it.

I had the docking system on my Legend Pro half rack, it worked well, I'm not sure who first developed the docking bench, but they've been around for some time, I think I first saw one on a Power-Lift rack, the issue with previous docking systems, the rack and bench had to be compatible
I haven't seen a bench docking facility on a Functional Trainer, but I'm sure there's one out there. My Bravo has the built in support pad, but no bench docking, the Bravo feels as if it's been designed to be used solely in the vertical position, there's little room to position a bench within the unit.
The only time I bring my bench to the Bravo is for cable skull crushers.

My York rack has an available docking adjustable bench with built-in spotter decks. I had it for a time. It was a good concept, but due to the design of the bench it's wobbly in any incline position and the wheelbarrow-style handles made it a PITA to move around a tight home gym space.
This Rogue thing does make me wonder why I don't get rid of my bench rack and just set something like this up for my half rack and FB-5000.

I align my chakras and the bench falls into place.
