Ok, so this is the monolift when it was put together a few years ago.
This worked fine except for changing the height:
1. You'd have to move it up or down 1-2 holes on one side, repeat on other side, and so on until it was correct.
2. You couldn't do it with a bar in the hooks.
So I could of copied Crepinsek and just mounted 2 long ram jacks to the uprights, but that would of completely condemned those uprights on the outside of the rack.
I also wanted to free up the front uprights completely. For lever arms. Joke. But I still want the option of adding stuff there without having the monolift brackets in the way.
So I combined the idea of a self spotting monolift with the height adjustement of a full size unit.
I have 2 bottle jacks (4 ton) on there because I'm reusing 2x3 and 3x3 rack parts for the upper frame section and it wouldn't be rigid enough to all be connected to a single mechanism on one side. I'd get a bit of sag on one side. So I'd have to copy a full size monolift which is basically a welded 4 sided frame of 4x4 tubing. Making that is not the issue, but it complicated the hell out of the rest of it being much bigger than my 2x3 rack. The way I have it now I can easily adjust by using both jacks at once. Can set bar heigh in 1/2" increments.
I'm pretty sure no one has built one like this before, so there's that. Maybe I'll send it to Coop .

Apologies
I'm new to using community forums and such websites as such. Forums and stuff is kinda new to navigate and pretty confusing. ******** was a nice development for us isolated folks.
I mistakenly posted here. Meaning to send message. I managed to do that with help from a student yesterday.
Now just need to remove that embarrassing post.
Oh and Mr. Mech6 sir ive become a fan of your work. Me and some students were thinking to jointly fund a purchase and have it picked up by some expat and shipped here to India.
Was wondering though you could make it a big business if you shifted production here as labor is plenty but the drive expertise and insights are lacking here.
Hope you continue to make great stuff if not in this field then other places too.
And sorry for my bad English hope no mistakes that make me sound opposite of what I'm trying to say.
My humble respects to you sir.

Mech sent me this 6 months ago. I never did post pics of the setup so here is Mech's most excellent belt squat. It is 2x3 and mounted to a post Mech also sent. Pics shows it ready to use and then folded up when not in use. The belt is the Rogue Multi which is very comfortable and highly recommended. Now if only I could find some squat handles to attach to the R3. ;-)

Nice setup, these belt squat setups are making me anxious to set mine up (I gotta wait until Christmas to open it up along with the Rogue Multi-belt since they're gifts lol).
There's a few movements I want to test on it aside from belt squats (variation of rows and Tbar rows with a cable attachment, standing/donkey calf raises and perhaps lunges if they work on it).

Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

I am so damn behind with this. I received my ages ago and still havent done much with it. Buried with so many other things. But nothing like a new year to help kickstart things - hopefully.

Use mine twice a week. Light close out high reps on volume squat day. Close heavy on heavy days.
Got a little too aggressive last Wednesday using it. Blew out some blood vessels in my ass. Probably won’t be using it for another week or so while I heal.
I blame Mech.{5'7" and under #1}
