FatGrips (UK, not US) makes a good set, from what I've heard.

Well, like the BWTG version, but only large enough to drop a pin through and place a 10 or up to 25 lb plate. Just for dumbbell work, specifically grip work.

RC version of the teardrop monolift. Very similar except main tube is centered (because RC has offset spacing on each side) and pins are bigger.
