I have a lot of uses for something like this....

Well, like the BWTG version, but only large enough to drop a pin through and place a 10 or up to 25 lb plate. Just for dumbbell work, specifically grip work.

I did think about it, back in 2000-2001 when WSB was using them. Then it slipped my mind and I never bothered.

Thanks for the comparison, I have some j cups and a post landmine holder coming from mech in red to match my rogue monolift.

RC version of the teardrop monolift. Very similar except main tube is centered (because RC has offset spacing on each side) and pins are bigger.





NM: this isn't yours, but it will be identical (brackets are already done). I'm just waiting on your arms which are going to powder coat with all your other red parts.

Both #1. Your brackets got assembled first, then I did his completely because I wanted it to ship. As I said, waiting on your swing arms.
Either way, they're the only 2 RC ones I'm making for the foreseeable future.

Will do bud. Yeah, I often do bench and squat in the same session so I'm hoping this version will be a little smoother to move around.

Probably because they're shorter and have bigger "hooks" in the back (and 2 instead of 1). They're bascially the same frame as the drop-ins I've made, minus the pin in the front.
