Hey Mech...Is it possible to fabricate that monkey chin bar shown on the other page (The one with the fat grip on one side and the regular bar on the opposite) on a 2x2 rack?

Yes. I gave you a list of manufacturers near you. Not that hard to make.

Just thought I'd ask cause of the bolt spacing being closer on the 2x2 pull-up bar...I didn't know if it would be too large of a fabrication to fit it. Thanks for clarifying it Mech.

i am working on that

. My gym is always a work in progress. I still have some room in the garage

I am not sure yet but i do have a few project ideas... Reverse hyper? Dog sled? Standing calf raise? Tibia? so many things but i am limited in space!

Dog sled, I have one built and powder coated, ready to go. Vetical posts, low handle, high handle... Basically a copy of the rogue, but beefed up (wider skis, a tad longer).

Technically, but it's not the steel that makes a big difference. Difference between a 3x3 and 2x2 upright, in material, is less than $7. Holes are what costs, and both will have same number of holes. Still, it's what I use 90% of the time, unless someone asks for something else.

Thanks for the info. I'm looking into upgrading my rack, and custom is an option. I wish you had a inexpensive method to ship to the US, your work looks amazing.

I've used a few. Inventor and solidworks right now. I've also used a pencil and paper for alot of them. Depends on my mood/patience.

Professional baseball players play hundreds of games a year, they wouldn't watch a baseball game on their day off. The rest of the world watches the games and thoroughly enjoy them. Solidworks has the same deal I think. I also think it's a superior program for weldments (welded assemblies).
