I'd like to start by saying that I tried the sample packs of this months ago, and rated it pretty low, then changed my mind when I tried the full product. Two of my samples had actually turned into some kind of strange goo, so I think something just happened to those. Just took a scoop as a mornin pick me up, and needless to say, I'm awake now.

A bit about my workout routine and myself
I may be posting my first workout in this log today. I typically lift on Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday, but I'm off work today so if I get a chance, some iron will be moved around. Workouts generally consist of whatever I feel like doing that day. Not much back work is done because I get a lot of that at work and honestly, I can't stand back day.
I'm a very busy Banana these days, Shop manager at an equipment rental company by day, father to a baby Banana and husband to a Mrs. Banana by night. Preworkouts are the only thing that gets me into the gym some days. Even with that, I may miss a day here and there.
Other supplements to be consumed during this log are my proteins if I don't get enough through my diet for some raisin (Phase8) and a half scoop of HIT Creafusion twice a day.Last edited by djwolford; 10-18-2013 at 03:54 AM.

Even with the Prewrek coursing through me, it was hard to stay focused because some kid in the gym was doing some crappieflop looking crunches or something and all kinds of useless looking crossfit junk. Then he proceeded to Smith machine bench a pair of 25's 3 times (Yes that's like 55 lbs total)(Yes literally only 3 times) and walk out.
I'd also like to note that I forgot how great the pumps are for me on this stuff.

Glad I'm not the only person who gets overly infuriated with crossfit BS, can't even stand to be in the same room as a cross fitter.
