    Forearms are always killing my on dead lifts so I train them directly on my ab/ cardio day

    I do a lot of deadlifting, shrugs, and barbell front raises, so I workout my forearms adequately enough with those compound exercises.

    you'll notice theyre pretty pumped up at the end of an arm/shoulder/back workout (mine are anyway) so yeah they get done while training other body parts, but I've noticed mine have gotten a fair bit more muscular since i started incorporating wrist curls and hammer curls into my arm workout. Basically they're a muscle group like any other so its always good to do atleast one exercise that target them specifically.
    Plus, having stronger forearms/wrists will help eliminate any problems you may encounter with them while doing heavier exercises (deadlifts, shrugs, etc)

    i do them twice a week on back and biceps day, i just do reverse grip bicep curls and seated dumbell wrist curls, apart from that they trained in lots of other exercises done like deadlift

    Only recently started training them, definitely going to stick to it though.
    Feel that my forearms are lagging a bit and also just want big forearms so why not? :P
    My chitty lifts:

    Deadlift: 248lbs
