Hey everyone. Just an FYI. A construction crew hit a fiber optic line 1 block from my house so we have been out of internet and tv service since early Thursday morning. All I have is my iPhone and the LTE network is slow and posting is just a pain in the azz.
Training is going great. Reps and weights going up nicely. Got all my ProMera sups in and put them to work. That Blue Raz flavor is the bees knees! My stack is kick azz and loves the way it took my workout up a notch!
I'll post video and my workouts as soon as AT&T finally fixes this crap.

The flavor is amazing and my workout was killer. Love that combo. Hoping internet will be back up tomorrow. But we are talking about AT&T here so I expect after Xmas. Lol
Off from the gym today and Monday. Way to many orders to process today so I couldn't make it. Monday is my normal day off anyways so 2 days relaxing isn't bad.
