Was supposed to do SLDL's next but my lower back was starting to hurt real bad and i was scared sldl's would really make it hurt so i did reverse hypers instead. glad i did that as my back feels great now with no pain at all.
weighted obliques
started to do weighted side bends but it made my back hurt real back so i skipped these and will perform them on my upper day now that back feels better.

workout went pretty good. Was having trouble finding the right groove with bench so i think i ended up undershooting my rpe by a little. by the time i got to front raises i was pooped and lactic acid was starting to build up pretty good. no vid today as phone was running low on battery and didnt want it to die.

Great work man! Something that is a bit glaring, is your quick fatigue on deadlifts. Why don't you ignore my fatigue percents on deadlift work @ 9-10 and just drop down to a weight that you think you are good for for one more set at that RPE, that sound good?

That does sound good. i've never been real good at deadlifting for any volume.
You can go ahead and send it on Sunday just like regular. i'm gonna do upper 1 on saturday, lower 2 sunday, and then just let upper 2 spill over into next week on monday. I swear if it snows down here the whole town goes into shut down lol.

well guys bad news. I wrecked my only car last night and since I had liability only insurance I gots to pay for it out of pocket. so No more gym for the next little bit. 1 I don't got a ride for atleast a couple weeks and 2 gonna have to put stuff like gym memberships and such on the back burner to pay for the repair. Probably just gonna let this thread die but i'll still be posting in the fam thread and everyone else's training logs. would like to thank doollas for coaching me the last 5 weeks. I was really starting to smash some PR's and felt like I was on the right track.
