So I do preacher curl, concentration curl, and dumbbell curls.... but lately I can't feel much until I hit the last rep or 2 of my sets... same with triceps, I do kickbacks, pushdowns, dips..
I like the burning feeling and miss having that because I feel like I'm not doing enough to stimulate growth. Any new exercises or tips to help me out? Thanks a lot guys
