    What's your bench/row relationship?

What I mean by that is for your working sets how much weight difference is there between your bench press, and bent over row? Reason I ask is because my rows seem to be just about at the same weight as my bench. I am typically bench 275 five times, and last night I rowed 275 for four. On a good day I might be able to bench 285 for five, but as of now the most I've done for five reps is 275. It always seems like the people I see can bench far more than they row.

What are your typical working sets for each weight?

My bench and rows are pretty similar, little bit more for bench. I see it as a good thing in a way it means your Chest and Back are balanced somewhat
