    Need advice/opinions please.

Okay so I've been working out for quiet a while now, and just recently I decided to get into boxing..
Nothing serious really, I'm just getting myself a punching bag and I'm gonna have a go at it for a while, just for experience mostly...
What I wanna ask is, is it gonna affect my work outs a lot if I go on It for like 30minutes a day before or after a workout?
So if anyone has any experience with this, or can give me any advice at all that would be nice..

I'll be thankful for any help at all, thanks in advance

just eat more to compensate. but it still might tire you out if you do it before a workout.

I already do, but I mean is there going to be any side effects? Like not gaining anything from either workout and just going to waste?
Or like should I do boxing as a warm up for my workout?

as long as your eating enough you won't have a problem. boxing for a bit won't like neutralize your gains you'd make. it's fine.

Not sure how much boxing actually strains your muscles...I would assume you'll be fine, but if for some reason after the 30 minutes of boxing your arms feel sore like they do after a full workout then obviously it wouldn't be ideal to do that on your rest days...

I hope so, since I looked it up and people have said it burns a lot of calories.. But as you said if I eat enough hopefully it wont make a big difference, since I'm bulking right now.. Thanks for the info!
