The fats are good though. Obviously if you eat too much of it then it's bad on a cut. But just fit it into your macros and you'll be fine.

PB in itself isnt bad, its just how it adds into your overall daily calorie intake.

How high the calories in peanut butter may be depends on how many calories you eat in a day, so it's all relative. For example, if you need 50 more calories to reach your targeted caloric intake, then a serving of peanut butter is too much, but if you need 200-400 more calories than 1-2 servings would be quite appropriate.

    Depends on many factors.

Shirley has nothing to do with it. Fat is high in calories compared to protein or carbs. The body requires fat, if you enjoy peanut butter and it fits into you days intake do it.

Some days I enjoy PB, other days I just feel like ground beef and eggs, and once in a while I want guacamole on fish tacos. You jus. Have to be smart enough to add up fat grams and you can have good variety to your diet. It's better that way IMO.

Yes fats are good, but there are better fats than in peanuts. And if it has a bunch of sugar, that's not good either.

Peanut butter is great for a cut or bulk man. I mean you moderate your portion size depending on which caloric target your trying to hit but say you have one tablespoon of PB natty - that's a lot of really good, healthy fats right there (and delightful to eat).
